Terms and Conditions for Clients (Packages and Payments)

These terms apply to businesses purchasing a VuGo service package.

Packages
VuGo offers different service packages including Basic, Standard, and Premium. Package features are listed on our website and may be updated from time to time.

Payment Terms

  • Setup fees are payable 50 percent in advance and 50 percent once the site is live.
  • Subscription fees are payable in advance by bank transfer, Stripe, or cash.
  • If payment is not received or is cancelled, service continues until the end of the paid period and then expires.
  • All fees are non refundable. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

Delivery of Services
Services are digital only and include setup of the chosen package and delivery of a QR code for the client to print or use as desired.

Client Conduct

  • Clients must provide accurate information and cooperate with VuGo during setup.
  • Content provided for inclusion in the digital site must be lawful, accurate, and suitable for all ages.
  • VuGo may refuse or remove content that is offensive, unlawful, or harmful.

Intellectual Property
Designs, templates, and branding created by VuGo remain our property unless otherwise agreed. Clients are granted a license to use them for the duration of their subscription.

Termination of Services
VuGo may suspend or terminate services if the client fails to pay, breaches these terms, or provides unlawful content.

Liability
VuGo is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of sales or reputation. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the last 12 months.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and North Macedonia.
